Exclusive Amrita rao found something Attractive fashion view

I FIND NUDE EYES MORE ATTRACTIVE: AMRITA RAO

Q.What is the one lip colour that makes you feel confident?
A. I think red. It’s a very bold colour and stands out from a mile.

Q.Do you prefer bold eye make-up or a softer, more natural look?
A. I love smoky, bold eyes, but I find nude eyes more attractive. Not every one can carry that of.

Q.What, according to you, is the secret to healthy hair?
A. It’s actually a good shampoo and the right one which suits your hair.

Q.How do you take care of your skin?
A. Since my profession needs me to wear make-up every day, it’s a process that I follow. I apply a first layer under the make-up. It’s like a serum or it could be aloe vera gel. I use soaps which suits my skin type the best.

Q.What are the three beauty items you need to have with you at all times?
A. It’s a lipstick and lip liner for sure, a powder compact and a blush.

Q.What is your style quotient?
A. Style, according to me, is when you customise fashion. Just because something is in vogue, does not mean it will look good on everyone. You need to feel confident to exude confidence.

Q.Who is your style icon?
A. Right now, I think Deepika Padukone is a naturalist. I just think that everything she wears looks effortless on her body type. She looks always dressed well whether she is coming out of an airport or spotted at a red carpet.

Q.What is the one style advice you would give to women?
A. Customise fashion and be comfortable in whatever you wear or whichever hairstyle you sport.

Exclusive Amrita rao view on women pride

There are many Indians within the one country that we live in. And today a woman’s treatment is determined by which India she is born into. The less privileged women are still subjected to child marriage, dowry harassment and sexual abuse apart from being the eternal housemaids.Privileged women are the equal bread earners and hence more assertive at home. But we still feel insecure while traveling by public transport or stepping out of our homes in the dark. Worst is the way successful women are looked on by some men as creatures who compromise on their morality. We need to escape these gender biases.:- Amrita rao
